With each passing hour Reagan is getting closer and closer to crawling. This afternoon she was really quite determined to move herself around the room to get closer to her toys. I don't think it will be long before I can say she is truely crawling. She is quite a curious baby and will reach out and grab for anything that is near her. If she manages to grab an object, it of course goes directly into her mouth. This month she has added new sounds to her vocabulary including Ma Ma Ma :) . And she has tried a variety of foods since her six month birthday including: rice cereal, oatmeal, peas, carrots, yam (one of her favorites), mangos (not such a favorite), and cheerios. She has taken quite well to eating. At night while she is sitting with us at dinner if you don't get the food to her quickly enough she will make a growling noise at you to show her displeasure.
The girls are enjoying sharing their room. Riley will get up in the morning and come into our room to tell us that baby sister is awake and wants to get up too. At nap time, for the first few minutes, I hear Riley in the room talking or singing to Reagan and Reagan babbling back to her. Then a few minutes all is quite and they are both asleep. I'm glad the transition has gone so smoothly.
