Lake Oroville

This weekend we went camping at Lake Oroville with Kim, Dave, and the boys. The weather was thankfully not too hot. We definitely lucked out. The water levels in the lake were really low and they had set up temporary boat launches. It was amazing how far down the water was. We should have taken a photo of what the normal boat launch looked like. It is now serving as the parking lot and the temporary launch is quite a ways down a dirt road. A lot of trucks were having a hard time getting their boats in and out of the water. But once you were in the water it was wonderful. The lake wasn't too busy since I think a lot of people were scared off by the low water levels and temporary launches. Riley went tubing a couple of times. She is such a dare devil and wasn't a bit worried about being pulled behind the boat. She even asked for Uncle Dave to go faster! Reagan wasn't too big of a fan about having to wear her life jacket all day...not that I blame her. She couldn't balance herself because the life jacket made her so top heavy. I was finally out on the boat and not pregnant so I too took part in the water sports with everyone else.

Here are a few photos from the weekend:
