Landscaping & Weather

Well we started landscaping our backyard last week (at the height of the hot weather), and we put in sod. We've been watering it and watering in attempts to keep it alive. Luckily, today the weather has cooled and it is only about 60 degrees. Scott put up the girls playstructure last weekend (thanks to the Uncle Dave, Auntie Kim, Zack, and Jake for the hand-me-down), and we went last night to toysrus to get Reagan a baby swing to attach to the playstructure. Riley was so excited that she and her little bo-ba (as she calls Reagan) were going to get to play together. There is still much to be done, but the main work has been done and we can continue to add to it in the future. It is so blissful to be able to go out and enjoy our backyard on a warm summer night!!
